Clinic Sessions
Fall Term: September–December
Spring Term: February–May
Summer Term: June–July

New client registration begins approximately one month before the start of each new session, and closes approximately one week before the start of each new session.

Evaluation and Consultation Fees
Full Speech-Language Evaluation: $100.00 to $150.00 (2-3 hour appointment; depending on client's specific needs)
Consultation: $50.00
Audiological Screening: $25.00

Therapy Fees
Student-Conducted Therapy: $52 per hour; $39.00 per ¾ hour; $26.00 per half-hour

Cash or check payments only are accepted. We do not bill insurance or employer health savings accounts. We can provide a letter for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

A 7% discount is available if the bill is paid in full within the first two weeks of the fall and spring terms for student-conducted therapy. There is no discount given during summer term (fall and spring terms are 12 weeks; summer term is typically five to six weeks).

All student-conducted therapy is supervised by clinical faculty certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) and licensed by the State of Illinois. Financial assistance is often available, thanks to support from Elmhurst service clubs such as Lions, Rotary and Kiwanis.
