Linda Krause earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering and a master of science in electrical engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology. At Elmhurst, Ms. Krause has been involved in researching online instruction and has presented findings at the Association for Business Communication Conference. She has worked as a programmer at IIT Research Institute and as a project leader at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. While at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, she was awarded a United States patent for a digital page imaging system.
Robert S. Becker, PhD
President of Becker Multimedia, Inc.
A former English professor, Robert Becker left academia in 1985 to design corporate computer-based training. He founded Becker Multimedia 10 years into his e-learning career. By serving a wide variety of professions, organizations and industries across the United States, he developed a deep appreciation for the potential of online education to change the world. Serious games, simulations and immersive tutorials are Dr. Becker’s passions because he considers them to be the most effective forms of e-learning. In addition to design and development activities, Dr. Becker is a leader in the serious games movement as a scholar, speaker and game conference organizer.
