And you'll gain valuable first-hand research experience and master the concept of evidence-based practices.
You'll complete the program on campus in as little as one year, or you may stretch the program out over two years or more. Many courses are offered in a hybrid format, combining on-campus and online learning, allowing you to earn your degree on a schedule that works for you.
The program leads to a bachelor's degree in applied psychology, for which you will also need to complete certain requirements in the Elmhurst College Integrated Curriculum. Upon earning your bachelor's degree, you may choose to continue on to graduate school in fields such as counseling psychology, industrial/organizational psychology or social work. Many other students apply the skills developed in this program to a wide variety of fields and careers.
