The position of Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, making copies, creating flyers, updating the website, posting job opportunities and scheduling appointments. Applicant needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office. Photoshop and Customer Service experience a plus.
Res Life is hiring a part time summer Office Assistant who is comfortable working in a busy office handling phone calls, filing, working in publisher and excel, and is a self-starter. Up to 20 hours a week. Please email your resume to Sharon Barsotti at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Information Desk staff member serves as a primary point of contact for customers in the Frick Center and is responsible fro all aspects of customer services throughout the facility.
Must be willing to work some weekend and evening hours.

Student must be eligible for Federal Work Study (FWS). Major in Nursing is not required.
Student would be responsible for maintaining nursing alumni database. Maintain email site and respond and forward email correspondence. Work with faculty co-chair for nursing alumni. Develop invitations and send out invitations via email and US postal mail. Assist in prep for alumni activities including name tags, gifts, sign in sheets. Assist at nursing alumni reunion (assist with set up and take down). There is one to two nursing alum activities per year.
Student Groundskeeper. Assist in maintaining the campus grounds and arboretum over the summer months. Hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm. Some weekend and evenings may be required. You must have a valid driver's license to apply and be enrolled as a student at Elmhurst College in the fall semester of 2017. You must be able to lift 50lbs, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and be able to perform at least 95% of your time performing physical labor, walking, standing, or kneeling. You must be a team player and adhere to all safety regulations. You will be required to wear steel toe work boots.
