Assist the Office of Student Activities & Frick Center in running the Student Organization Center. Responsible for providing basic customer service and clerical support in order to accomplish assigned tasks related to student life. Hours needed: Mondays: 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. , Tuesdays: 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursdays: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. . Must be Federal Work Study Eligible and willing to work some weekend and evening hours. Also cannot have a position with another department on campus.
Responsible student needed 4-5 hours per week to assist English Department with various duties. Student can make own hours within these times: Monday 8 am-4:10 pm. Wednesday 8 am- 12:50 pm, 2:40 pm- 4:10 pm; Friday 8 am-12:50 pm. Ideal candidate will be someone studying English/education or interested in the subject. Federal Work Study required.

Easy Care Youth Program intern needed. Monitor, supervise and coordinate after school youth activities for students from Blackhawk Middle School. The program is held in Bensenville,and the intern must provide own transportation to the site. Federal Work Study preferred.
The Office of Information Services is responsible for supporting students, faculty, and staff with technology systems and services. As a Student Technician, you will be serving as the front line of communication to individuals needing assistance with College accounts, computer hardware, and software. Student Technicians are responsible for representing the office in a welcoming manner and proactively assisting with issues that arise. Hours needed: Monday- Thursday 6 pm- 11 pm., Sunday between noon and 11 PM.
The Office of Residence Life is seeking students to be a part of the Living Green Team. The Living Green Team supports sustainability efforts at the College. Responsibilities include maintaining presence in the Café or Roost by engaging and educating members of the campus on composting, recycling and sustainability in our dining facilities. Living Green Team employees actively participate in ongoing campus-wide sustainability initiatives. We seek employees who work well autonomously, are self-motivated and are willing to take initiative. Customer service skills are required. Federal Work Study is required.
Football Filmers needed. Must also be present at all practices (3:00pm to 6:00pm in the fall) and possibly all games including road games that may require an overnight stay. This is a federal work study only job.

Assist with the maintenance of college owned vehicles and grounds maintenance equipment. Some experience is helpful but not necessary. Must be able to work independently. 10-20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Federal Work Study preferred but not required.

Seeking a detailed-oriented student able to provide superior customer service while addressing phone calls, e-mails and walk-ins. Successful applicant is one who works well in an active public setting, excels at multi-tasking, is confident in regularly acquiring and applying new information, and is prepared to accurately complete data entry, document scanning, filing and triaging customer queries to appropriate staff. Fitness Center student employees needed. Duties include: check ID's, maintain cleanliness of reception desk, basic custodial duties including sanitizing equipment and picking up and storing equipment, answering phones and making sure each facility user has a clean change of shoes.

Student Employee- Athletics- Game Management- Fall 2017

Game management worker. Duties include working athletics events in the capacity of ticket takers, concession workers, line judges, ball chasers, and other jobs required to play a variety of sports. This job will be mostly evening/weekend hours. Federal Work Study required.
Student night custodian. Flexible nights and hours beginning at 11 PM. Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds and must be in good physical condition. Assist full time Night Custodians with trash and recycling removal from the academic buildings, vacuuming with a backpack vacuum, wet mopping, dust mopping and other physical activities. Federal Work Study preferred.
This position will assist with planning and executing a variety of events on campus to include lectures, presidential events, etc. General office duties, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work independently and flexibility are needed. Applicants should be entering at least their second year at EC. Federal Work Study required. .
Scene shop staff needed. Construction experience, technical skills, design experience and/or interests are a plus. Work varies, including building scenic elements and properties, hanging lights, painting, cleaning, repairs, and working with sound equipment. Shop hours are in the afternoons, with some additional weekend work prior to production. Federal Work Study required.
Theatre Box Office Staff needed. Microsoft office proficiency preferred. Tasks include: computer data entry. scheduling, work orders, ticket reservations. customer service, phone calls, etc. Federal Work Study required.
Articulation/Data Entry Assistant needed. Reliable, detail-oriented and analytically minded student to perform high level data entry. Flexible day time hours Monday through Friday. Must be available during all terms, including J-Term and Summer. Federal Work Study is preferred for this position.
