Introduction:
    This book is about a family who has been given the gift, or misfortune, of having eternal life after drinking from a spring.  The Tuck family has been trying to live a normal life as inconspicuously as possible.  Winnie Foster, a ten-year-old girl, happens to stumble upon the Tuck's magical secret.  The Tuck's take Winnie Foster home and explain to her why such a secret is a misfortune to anyone who holds it.  The Tuck's secret is in danger of being stolen when a stranger begins to lurk.
