As a child, I always wanted to help
society and make a difference in the world. As generic as this sounds, this
is the basis of my philosophy. Teachers have more power than parents
and pears combined, but they don't always use it wisely. I plan on using
my status as a teacher to educate my students not only about English
curriculum, but about life and living up to their potential. Each student
is individual and has unique talents that I, as a teacher, need to indulge
and help bring to light. Most importantly though, I want to share with
my students the gift of an education and teach them to appreciate knowlegde
and the love of learning. My prior teachers have given me this gift,
and I want to pass it on...
