My philosophy of education is deeply rooted in the theory that all children have a great learning potential and it is my job to
surface that potential.  My goal as an educator is to guide each student to discovering new ideas and experiences as a result of
multiple approaches to learning.  I believe in the importance of providing children with tools and opportunity to excel in society. As an educator I plan to challenge my students to use their critical thinking skills to develop new ideas and concepts to today’s
growing world.  This generation of children has the advantage of being a part of rapidly growing technological society, which I
hope to enhance by passing on my knowledge of technology and other resources that I have acquired through my rich
education.   I also want to provide a nurturing and invigorating classroom environment, in which I will model respectful,
compassionate behavior for all of my students.  I believe in the power of confidence and hope to empower my students with it.
Children spend a large amount of their day in a classroom.  Our time with them is precious and should be used to open their
minds in hopes that they will become well-educated, well-rounded, happy individuals.
