How do I find if the Library has the journal I need?

3 steps for locating your journal:

  1. Check to see if we carry the journal online in one of our full-text databases. Go to "Full Text Electronic Journals" and search alphabetically for your journal title. If you find your journal, click on the associated link(s) for the database and enter your article title.

  2. Find out if we carry the journal in print form. Go to Illinet Online (our catalog) and enter the journal title in the search box. Choose "Start of Magazine/ Journal Title" in the Search by box on right.

  3. Can't find your journal at our library? Copy the citation and fill out an Interlibrary Loan form for articles. If we find the journal at another library, it should take between 7-10 days for it to arrive.
