• Lexis-Nexis Academic Universe ~ Accesses articles from newspapers from around the world. Also accesses transcripts to radio and television news shows such as NPR's Morning Edition.
• Newspaper Source ~ full-text articles from over 100 U.S. and international papers, as well as transcripts from shows like Face the Nation
• Newspaper Subscriptions ~ we subscribe to the electronic versions of the New York Times as well as the Chicago Tribune
• ProQuest Historical Newspapers: New York Times ~ which contains the full text of articles from the first issue printed in 1851 up to 1999

How do I find out if the Elmhurst College Library has the journal I need? 

• If the article is not available full-text in a particular database, take a look at the Alphabetical List of Journals and Magazines Available Online. The library subscribes to a number of journals online, including the Economist and Foreign Affairs.
• Search for the journal title in Illinet Online.
• For example, search for the title Foreign Policy or Middle East Policy.
• You can also call or email the reference department to inquire about a specific title or ask a question
• How can I order a photocopy of an article I can't find at Elmhurst College?
