| Academic Search Elite | A general database that contains both scholarly and popular journal sources, many in full text. Be sure to evaluate the sources in these databases before using them. |
| CultureGrams Online | Allows access to a plethora of cultural information on over 180 countries and territories throughout the world. In addition to statistics, maps, and images, you can also look at cultural recipes. |
| Lexis-Nexis Academic | Choose News, then look at both General News and World News to find information from a variety of sources. This tool can also be used to access transcripts from radio and TV programs. |
| Newspaper Source | A selection of domestic and foreign newspapers and other media news sources, including television and radio programs. |
| Chicago Tribune | Search full text articles from 1985-date. Also provides access to the historical archive of the Tribune. |
| New York Times | Search full text articles from 1995-date. |
