Articles and Databases

• ATLA Religion Database - This international database covers such topics as Biblical studies, world religions, church history, and religious perspectives on social issues. Through ATLA you can gain access to full-text articles in selected journals. For assistance in searching for Scripture citations, see this guide.
• Academic Search Elite - Selected full text of journals in the social sciences, humanities, general science, multicultural studies, and other disciplines.
• Project Muse (Available on campus only) - An online library of nearly 200 journals from assorted university presses, with the full text of articles from 1996 to the present. Journals in this collection cover primarily the humanities and the social sciences.

• To see if the library owns the journal in print or microfilm, search for the title of the journal or magazine in Illinet Online using Start of Magazine/Journal Title.
• To see if the journal is available in full text online, take a look at the list, Full Text Periodicals Available Online.
