Disable Pop-ups for Testing

!. Disable your pop-up blocker while using Blackboard.

2. Make sure that your pop-up blocker permits content from your Blackboard course. The following instructors are for Windows Explorer.

Instructions for Windows Explorer:

!. Click "Tools" on the Explorer menu bar at the top of your screen:

2. Click "Pop-up Blocker" on the menu. Your first option is to select "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker":

3. Your second option, after making sure that the Pop-up Blocker is turned on, is to choose "Pop-up Blocker Settings...."

4. When the "Pop-up Blocker Settings" dialog box appears, enter the Web address of your Blackboard site. This address is the <http://bb.elmhurst.edu>

5. After you enter the address, click the "Add" button and the "Close."
