Evening and Weekend AV Assistance Fall, January and Spring Term Direct line for HELP ext. 3253 Student Tech Assistants available Monday - Thursday 5 p.m.- 9 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Sunday Closed Student Tech Assistants are on duty evening and Saturday hours to assist you with the SmartRoom and other AV equipment. They can leave the Instructional Media Center and go to your classroom to do setups, or try to solve equipment problems. In the event of a problem the student can check out extra equipment and get lamps for overhead projectors. .
