Watch It Live
Spring Commencement 2015 can be viewed live online beginning at 9:00 a.m. on May 30 by visiting www.bluejaytv.com.

Weather Updates
Commencement is scheduled to take place on the Elmhurst College Campus Mall. In case of severe weather, the ceremony will be held in R.A. Faganel Hall. This information will be available after 7:30 a.m. on May 30 by calling (630) 516-2000 or by checking this website.

Tickets for graduation guests are not needed if Commencement is held outdoors on the Elmhurst College Campus Mall. If the weather prevents an outdoor commencement ceremony, we will move to R.A. Faganel Hall. Since indoor seating is limited, tickets (three per graduate) will be distributed at rehearsal.

Handicapped parking and seating will be available.

Commencement DVD
To purchase a DVD of the Commencement ceremony, visit BlueJayTV.com.

A professional photographer will take two pictures of each graduate. Ordering information will be available to you a couple of days after the ceremony. You may contact GradImages at (800) 261-2576. Please see flyer from GradImages previously emailed to you.

Graduation Announcements and Class Rings
Formal graduation announcements and class rings can be purchased at the Book Cellar in Goebel Hall. Contact the Book Cellar directly for other commencement accessories at (630) 617-3185.

At the end of June, a copy of your final transcript (for your records), indicating your course grades, degree, major(s), minor and honors, will be mailed to you free of charge, compliments of the Elmhurst College Alumni Association. Additional transcript requests may be made on the Registration and Records website. Transcripts are released only if financial obligations to the College have been satisfied.

Tuition and Fee Payment
Financial obligations to the College must be satisfied in order for your degree to be awarded. You are encouraged to contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (630) 617-3015 with questions regarding the discharge of financial obligations.

Graduates Not Attending Commencement
Graduates may pick up their diplomas starting June 1, 2015. Unclaimed diplomas will be mailed to the student at the address on file starting June 8, 2015.

e-Commencement Attendance Request
Accessed through BlueNet under "My Registration" this lists your name and degree (as they will appear on your diploma) and your major(s) as it will appear on the commencement program. It is also used for ordering your cap and gown. Please review this information, correct if necessary and electronically submit back to our office no later than March 13, 2015.

Ordering Caps and Gowns
You will order your cap and gown through Jostens and it is yours to keep. The link to their ordering website is on the Elmhurst College Portal located under the "Commencement" tab and is highlighted in red. You can order from February 13-March 13. Pick up of regalia will be at the Grad Finale held in the Frick Center, Founders Lounge.

Grad Finale
Join us on April 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or April 30 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Frick Center, Founders Lounge. The Grad Finale is your chance to pick up your cap and gown, settle your account; purchase graduation announcements, rings and diploma frames; have GradImages take professional photos; visit with the Office of Alumni Relations; complete your grad survey; and ask any final questions you may have to the Office of Registration and Records.

Commencement Check-In
All graduates must check-in prior to Baccalaureate on May 30, between 8:00–9:00 a.m. in Hammerschmidt Chapel. All graduates are required to check-in with the Registrar.

The baccalaureate service is a private moment for the graduates at which they, the President, the Dean and the Chaplain reflect on the meaning of an Elmhurst College education. It takes place at 9:00 a.m. on May 30 in Hammerschmidt Chapel. Attendance is mandatory. Graduates should wear their caps and gowns to Baccalaureate.

Final Grades
Senior grades are due on the web May 26, 2015. Prospective graduates who fail Spring Term 2015 courses and do not meet minimum graduate requirements will be informed by May 28, 2015 that they are being removed from the May 2015 graduation listing.

All "incompletes" ("I" grades) must be resolved and submitted to the Office of Registration and Records by May 5. This deadline supersedes any date made with individual instructors. Students will not be allowed to graduate if "incompletes" remain on the record, including any received during Spring Term 2015.
