After downloading and hotsyncing the updated Quizdata file, complete the following steps.

Open the SmallBasic program.
Select mcquiz.bas from the list of files.
Tap the Menu icon (this is the icon in the bottom left-hand corner of your graffiti pad.  After tapping it, you should see the File menu).
Tap the Edit menu (not the Edit command in the File menu).
Choose Remove all BIN.
Tap OK if prompted.
Tap the Home Screen icon on the graffiti pad (or exit out of SmallBasic by tapping the "X" in the upper right-hand corner).
Now, if you run mcquiz, you should have the updated version.  (It will be slow to load the first time you run it, but much quicker after that.)
