2009-2010 Faculty Exchange & Sabbatical

I was a visiting professor at Madras Christian College in Chennai, India, during Fall Term 2009. For a full report, read my blog.

I took a sabbatical during Spring Term 2010 and revised my 800-page Instructors’ Resource Manual to Accompany Listen for Bedford/St. Martin’s Press.
With assistance from a UMAIE faculty grant, I visited Japan in late May to explore the possibility of a UMAIE course there.
