Intercultural Perspectives	A professional is able to use multiple perspectives in the understanding and solution of problems or life situations. In addition, it is necessary to value the diversity of humankind and the contributions of various cultures in increasing the richness of life within a community.
Responsibility to the Wider Community	As a responsible student, future professional, and citizen it is necessary to make a commitment to the wider community to improve the quality of life and explore the responsibilities of the individual member to a larger community.	Example Write-up
Leadership/Teamwork	An effective leader can encourage, motivate and organize the activities of others and manage resources toward the achievement of a common goal. Experiences lead to an involvement in both formal and informal positions of leadership.
Values and Ethical Articulation	A description of how personal values affect your judgments, behaviors and decisions. An articulation of how personal values impact professional practice.

* These are currently the general descriptions for the dimensions. As each student works with these skills, it will eventually be desirable for you to write your own descriptions of specific skills and accomplishments that best describe you. These will be very similar in nature to the Impact statements from the example Dimension.
