Although fairly minor changes were done to the second floor lobby the appearance has improved dramatically.
	Illinois Hall is now substantially complete.  A good cleaning and some minor items are all that remain for 100% completion.
	The auditorium is equipped with state of the art audiovisual capabilities.
	A handicap lift has been installed for access to the front stage area.  Wheel chair seating is available at the top and bottom rows of seating.
	Due to the deteriorated condition of the steps at the main entrance to Illinois Hall it was necessary to repair and rebuild these steps.  Once the railings are installed this work will also be completed.
