The author that I would like to propose my final project on is Shel Silverstein. This woman is responsible for making many famous novels. I believe the importance of her literature relies on the basis of feelings. Two of the novels that I will be exemplifying as a resultant of my final project are the novels The Giving Tree and Where the Sidewalk Ends.The Giving Tree discusses the maturation process of a young boy that grows to manhood and old age and a tree gives him gifts without any thought of reciprocal trade. Where the Sidewalk Ends is a humorous story that discusses the ideas of a boy turning into a television set and a girl eating a whale as two of the many stories full of laughter in the book.
