My teaching philosophy is that a class should not only teach relevant theories in the discipline, but also provide one with an environment to practice these concepts. Specifically, my classes are an opportunity to develop oneself and to learn how to manage one’s relationships with others in a work setting. I truly enjoy teaching and sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years. I like to think of myself as a classroom facilitator, mentor and coach.
