Carole Veronesi, M.S.
Consultant in Organization Development
Veronesi is a principal with the SGC Consulting Group and holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.S. from George Williams College/Aurora University. She has participated in ongoing development and learning with National Training Laboratories (NTL) and the Consulting Psychologists of the American Psychological Association, and has been trained in the Conference Model for Large Systems Change. Veronesi has taught in the Graduate Program at Loyola University of Chicago and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Elmhurst College since 1988, teaching classes in group dynamics, and group leadership skills. She also teaches at Elmhurst College in the graduate program for IO psychologists.
She is a member of the Organization Development Network/Chicago, and previously served on its board. She is published in the 2001 Annual for Jossey-Bass/Pfeiffer, leaders in human resource development. In addition, she is published in the October 2008 edition of Clinical & Surgical Ophthalmology focusing on emotional intelligence for physicians. For more than twenty years, Veronesi has practiced in a variety of settings, including manufacturing, technology, professional services, health care, higher education, human services, and church staffs and ministries. Among her current engagements, Veronesi is a parish consultant for the INSPIRE Project, co-sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago and Loyola University of Chicago, working with pastors, staffs and parish communities on leadership and transition issues.
