Michael Henry, Ph.D.
Mike is an Industrial/Organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in the field, specializing in job analysis, personnel selection, psychometric theory, performance appraisal, and competency modeling. Mike has been a consultant to public sector/public safety organizations (police departments, fire departments and correctional institutions), as well as private sector organizations (including retail companies, the pharmaceutical industry, and manufacturing).
Mike’s responsibilities in these roles have included project management, the development and implementation of test development and test validation strategies, research and development, the implementation of new selection assessments for organizations, managing technical documentation, and litigation support. Mike’s clients included small police departments in municipalities to some of the nation’s largest private employers. Mike holds a M.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and a Ph.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
