Learn More About Psych Bootcamp

Students who took part in the 2023 Psych Bootcamp were from a range of community colleges. Here are a few of their comments:

“Psych bootcamp was an amazing experience. I gained so much confidence in my abilities to conduct research and had great support from the professors. I also learned a lot about different career paths in psychology and got great advice to help me meet my goals.”

“Psych bootcamp was an amazing introduction to the world of psychological research. I’ve strengthened my research and presentation skills, as well as my ability to collaborate with a team.”

“Psych Bootcamp was an engaging, rewarding, and expansive experience that I would recommend to any students interested in psychology. Having research experience so early on in my psychology degree has opened me up to possibilities in this field that I did not even know were available to me. As someone who used to be intimidated by anything that I perceived to be overly “scientific”, it was a surprise to me that I could in fact do scientific research and even do it well. The connections I made here with the professors and other students were also invaluable.”

This course is open to any community college student who is interested in psychological science.
