Welcome to the Elmhurst University Family

You’re in! We are so excited for you, and we can’t wait to meet you. Until then, please follow the instructions below for enrolling at Elmhurst.

Check your scholarship amounts by clicking on the Self Service app on the myElmhurst Portal.

Submit your financial documents, including the Affidavit of Support, to tony.marotta@elmhurst.edu.

Click here to RSVP for academic advising and class registration. (Log in using the same user name and password you created to complete your Elmhurst application.)

Make sure to sign up for a virtual date if you are not in the U.S.

After receiving your assigned class registration date, check your email for instructions on completing any required placement tests. You will complete the tests online via the myElmhurst Portal.

Submit tuition and housing pre-payments via the TouchNet app on the myElmhurst Portal.

To make a payment, log in to your campus student portal and select “TransferMate” in the “Make a Payment” dropdown menu during checkout.

Complete your application for campus housing and choose a dining plan. Just click on the My Housing app on the myElmhurst Portal.

You will receive an I-20 via FedEx at your home address, as well as an electronic copy via email. You will then need to schedule an F-1 visa appointment with your embassy.

Send final transcripts of your secondary school work to transcripts4eu@elmhurst.edu or the Office of Admission. Submit any IB, AP, and CLEP scores directly to the Office of Advising.

Sign up for international student health insurance through Elmhurst University or obtain it through the company of your choice. To sign up through Elmhurst University, complete the International Insurance Request Form.

Note: Students who select health insurance coverage through Elmhurst will be billed through the University.

Download the Student Immunization Record and complete the form. Then, send it to studenthealth@elmhurst.edu.

It is advised that you obtain your immunizations in your home country, as they will be more expensive in the U.S.

Please obtain your F-1 student visa, make your travel arrangements, and complete the International Student Pre-Departure and Arrival Information Form.

You’re a Bluejay now—we can’t wait to welcome you to campus! If you have any questions in the meantime please email Tony Marotta at tony.marotta@elmhurst.edu.
