Due to the potential inclement weather, Saturday’s June Jazz Reception has been moved to 4:30 p.m.
June Jazz Concert
6:30 p.m.; doors open at 5:30 p.m.
Hammerschmidt Memorial Chapel
Due to inclement weather, the concert has been moved indoors, but the start time will remain the same.
Reserved Seating Deadline
- Reception guests are asked to arrive at the Chapel to claim their reserved seats by 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., unclaimed seats will be offered to the general public.
- No friends, family or non-reception attendees will be granted access to reserved seating due to limited space.
- Passes for reserved seating will be handed out at the reception, and retrieved by an usher at the reserved area upon your arrival.
- No chairs, coolers, outdoor equipment or food and beverages are allowed in the Chapel.
