Your Elmhurst University Commencement ceremony will take place on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 11:00AM. Please register for the ceremony by following the steps below.

NEW: Commencement Website Chat Bot
We’re excited to introduce a new chatbot feature on the Commencement website. The chatbot is available 24/7 to answer frequently asked questions about tickets, ceremony times, regalia,
parking, and more.

Tassel Registration – Due April 25, 2026
All graduates must complete their Tassel registration by April 25, 2026. This step confirms your
participation and ensures your information is accurate for the commencement ceremony.

Friday March 6, 2026 | Calling All Creatives!
Dear Bluejays,
We’re inviting Bluejays to submit original artwork for a chance to have it displayed on the Rosemont Theatre Marquee during Commencement festivities.
Submission Details
• Deadline: April 24, 2026

Design & Brand Specifications
•All submissions must follow Elmhurst University’s brand standards. Including Elmhurst
University brand colors, approved fonts, and official graphics or logos. (attached)
• Dimensions (required): 288 x 128 pixels
• File Types Accepted:
-
- .JPG (best for photos or simple graphics)
- .PNG (best for detailed illustrations or designs requiring crisp edges/transparency)
Designs should remain simple and clean to ensure the message is clear and legible for viewers.
Limited resolution and viewing distance, bold visuals and minimal wording will translate best on the screen.

Friday March 19, 2026 | ADA Accommodations for Commencement
Dear Bluejays,
As you prepare for Commencement, we want to ensure that all graduates and their guests have a comfortable and accessible experience. If you or any of your guests require ADA accommodations, please complete the form below.
ADA Form
We encourage you to submit the form even if your request is last-minute, minor, or if you are unsure whether assistance will be needed. Providing this information helps us better prepare and support you on the day of the ceremony.
IMPORTANT: Please note that ADA seating is limited. Each guest requiring ADA accommodations may have one additional guest seated with them in the ADA-designated area. All other guests in your party will be seated in general admission.
