Mailroom

Located on the lower level of the Frick Center, the Elmhurst University mailroom handles all shipping and receiving for University students, faculty and staff.

Our Services

• Sort all incoming mail and deliver it
• Notify you by e-mail when you have a package
• Deliver mail and packages to University departments
• Send packages and mail via USPS if you affix your own postage

The mailroom does not sell postage. We’ll be happy to weigh your package and tell you how many stamps you need.

Our Hours

You can access your accountable mail in the Frick Center lockers any time the Frick Center is open. Standard USPS must be retrieved from the mailroom and checked periodically for arrival. Window services are available:

• Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please use the following format to send mail to students:

Student Full Name (as enrolled at Elmhurst University, no nicknames)
Contact Phone Number (cell preferred)
