Sarah Strom Kays, Ph.D.
Associate Professor and Chair, Department of Communication and Media
Dr. Strom Kays’ research interests include organizational socialization, in-group and out-group affiliation, information exchange, environmental communication and culture changes in organizations. She has taught a variety of classes including public speaking, organizational communication, interpersonal communication, small group communication, intercultural communication, leadership and humanities courses to undergraduate students.
