  • CSD 510 Advanced Study in Phonology & Articulation (.75 credits)
  • CSD 519 Neurology (.75 credits)

Optional:

  • CSD 592 Multicultural/Multilingual Issues (Elective, for those pursuing M&M emphasis, .50 credits)

January Term

Required:

  • CSD 511 Cultural & Linguistic Issues (.50 credits)

Optional:

  • CSD 100 Introduction to Sign Language (Elective, .50 credits)
  • CSD 354-15 Special Topics: The China Experience: Transcultural View of Rehabilitation Medicine (Elective, .50 credits)

Spring Term

  • CSD 501 Clinical Practicum II (.75 credits)
  • CSD 515 Language Disorders in Adults (.75 credits)
  • CSD 516 Language/Literacy School Age & Adolescence (.75 credits)
  • CSD 521 Dysphagia & Feeding Disorders (.75 credits)
  • CSD 530 Thesis Research or CSD 590 Research Option II (.50 credits)

Optional:

  • MTL 532 Teaching in the Diverse Classroom (Elective for CCC, required for PEL for those without Methods Learners Exceptionalities; .75 credits)

Summer Term

  • CSD 502 Clinical Practicum III (.50 credits)
  • CSD 508 Counseling/Professional Issues in CSD (.50 credits)
  • CSD 525 Public School Methods in a Diverse Society (.50 credits)

  • EDU 521 Theory and Practice for Building Academic Literacies (Elective for CCC, required for PEL, .75 credits)

  • CSD 528 Motor Speech Disorders Across the Lifespan (.75 credits)
  • CSD 530 Thesis Research or CSD 590 Research Option II (.50 credits)

Spring Term

  • CSD 513 Practicum in Educational Settings, Half-Term (1.5 credits) and CSD 514 Practicum in Medical Settings Half-Term (1.5 credits); or either CSD 523 Practicum in Educational Settings, Full-Term (3.0 credits) or CSD 524 Practicum in Medical Settings, Full-Term (3.0 credits)
