2025-2026 Important Dates & Deadlines

• July 1: Application opens for Fall Term

October

• Oct. 15: FAFSA opens for the new academic year

November

• Nov. 15: Deadline to submit a completed application for admission for early action consideration
• Nov. 16: Applications received after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis for the Fall

December

• Dec. 1:
  • Early action applicants notified of decision for the Fall
  • Admission decisions released on a rolling basis for non-early action Fall applicants
• Dec. 15:
  • Preferred filing deadline for the FAFSA

January

• Jan. 5: Applications due for students eligible to apply to the pre-licensure nursing program
• Jan 15: Housing information mailed

February

• Feb. 10: Admitted Student Day

March

• March 20:  Registration opens for advising and registration dates (Fall class selection)

April

• April 1: Advising and Registration information mailed
• April 11: First-year student scholarship competition

May

• May 1:
  
  • Tuition deposit due  (non-refundable)
  • Housing application and housing prepayment due (non-refundable)

June

• June 1:
  • Student health record due
  • Send final high school transcripts
  • International students need to submit all required documents for I-20
• June 15:
  • Applications due for students eligible to apply for all education licensure programs
  • Bluejay Bash Admitted Student event

July

• July 1:
  • Campus job opportunities posted as jobs are available
  • Send official AP scores
  • Housing & residence life roommate request deadline
• July 13: Admitted transfer Student event
• July 15: Student billing statements are sent after a student registers for classes
• July 20: Back to the Nest: an event to connect with future classmates, current students and alumni

August

• Aug. 1:
  • Final high school transcripts due
  • Final college and university transcripts for coursework due
• Aug. 25: FYR Move-in Day
• Aug 26-28 Required first-year student orientation
• Aug. 28: Transfer student orientation and move-in day
• Aug. 31: First day of Fall term classes
