Social Justice Studies

A study in gerontology will increase your understanding of the characteristics, roles, contributions, and needs of senior adults. You will engage in critical analysis of contemporary issues of gerontology.

As part of the requirements for a minor in intercultural studies, students enroll in one or two of the following courses:

• BIO 419 Pathophysiology (Note prerequisites)
• PSY 319 Adult Development and Aging (Note prerequisites)
• SOC 214/314 The Elderly: Lifestyles and Issues (even January Term)
