Private: Laurie Spiegel
Spiegel is a Talent Management Business Partner within the Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness group at The Boeing Company where she partners directly with the business to deploy enterprise-wide talent management processes, tools and services. Her area of focus is on succession planning, performance management, identification and development of high potential talent, leadership development and executive compensation. Prior to her role at Boeing, Spiegel worked for Bridgestone America’s as Leadership Development Project Coordinator for the Talent Development and Education group. In this position, she created and supported leadership development and talent management initiatives that aligned with the business strategy.
Spiegel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College. She has additional training in the facilitation of talent review meetings and is a certified Insights Discovery Client Practitioner. Spiegel is a member of the Succession Planning Roundtable by Aon Hewitt, Society of Industrial & Organizational Psychologists and Society for Human Resource Management.
