Business practitioners frequently monitor customer sentiment to validate customer satisfaction and to obtain early warnings of emerging business risks. The availability of modern-day mining and predictive analytics tools enhance this process significantly.
In this session, we will present several case studies in which “Voice of the Customer” data are effectively mined, analyzed and quickly converted into business insight and value.
Attendees will learn more about sentiment analysis, text analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods among other tools.
Presenters:
Dr. Jim Kulich, Professor, Program Director, Master of Data Science
Dr. John Aaron, PMP, Adjunct Faculty, Department of Computer Science and Information Systems
