The Genevieve Staudt Intercultural Lecture
Sarah Fredericks studies how guilt and shame affect the way we think and behave in response to environmental sustainability issues. An assistant professor of environmental ethics at the University of Chicago, her research focuses on sustainability, sustainable energy, environmental guilt and shame, and environmental justice; and her work draws on pragmatic and comparative religious ethics.
Admission is $10; Free for Elmhurst College students, faculty, staff and alumni.
