When a young woman is diagnosed with a mysterious and fatal new illness, she and her brother set off on a whirlwind tour of Europe to both escape the looming dread of her mortality and search for a cure. But something is not quite right. Why do all of the slides from their journey show images of Baltimore, Maryland? This eclectic fantasia of farce, noir, and heartbreak is a meditation on the nature of grief that dares to be whimsical.
