Taking Their Shot
When Andrew Lacksonen ’26 and Justin Addante ’26 arrived on campus, they had no idea that their shared interest in hockey would lead them to work together to launch a hockey club that would help them connect classroom learning with real-world experience.
Leading the Way at Elmhurst and Beyond
Lucia Gaviria ’25 capped off her time at Elmhurst by earning the coveted Senior of the Year Award. Her degrees in finance and economics have prepared her for success as she takes on a new role as a financial analyst.

After transferring from community college, environmental studies and economics double major and Lucia Zdenahlik ’25 packed her Elmhurst experience with hands-on opportunities, including studying abroad, participating in research projects and securing an internship.
Building a Career and Making Connections
Darius Lane ’25 had already earned his undergraduate degree in civil engineering when he came to Elmhurst to earn his MBA, with a specialization in project management, and play football, extending his time as a student-athlete.
