Prospect Apartments

On the northeast side of campus, this living community houses 28 students in eight apartments. It offers a more independent living environment for traditional students.

• Number of Residents: 28 students
• Type of Residence: Two-bedroom apartments housing three students each; single gender by apartment. Coed by apartment also available.
• Air Conditioning: Yes, window units.
• Furniture: Extra-long twin beds, bookshelves, dressers, kitchen table with four chairs, stove and refrigerator.
• Parking: One parking space per apartment in the adjacent parking lot.
• Internet: Service is provided. Students pay a bi-yearly $100 residential technology fee.
• Laundry: Common laundry facility is located in the lower level. There is no charge for laundry.
• Dining Plan: Optional. Students may select from any of the four available dining plans.
