• Type of Hall: Coed, single gender and mixed gender by wing.
• Type of Rooms: Individually shaped double and single rooms.
• Furniture: Twin extra-long bed, desk, desk shelf, chair, bookshelf, dresser, blinds and built-in closets.
• Internet: Each bedroom has one data port for each student. Students pay a bi-yearly $100 residential technology fee.
