Residence Hall Profile

• Number of Residents: 170 students
• Type of Hall: Single-gender by suites. Coed by suite is also available.
• Type of Rooms: Double and single rooms sharing a common furnished lounge.
• Furniture: Twin extra-long bed, desk, desk shelf, chair, bookshelf, dresser, blinds, and a built-in closet is provided for each student. The common living area is furnished with a couch, chair and a coffee table.
• Internet: Each bedroom has one data port for each student. Students pay a bi-yearly $100 residential technology fee.
• Air Conditioning: Yes
• Lounges: There are comfortable floor lounges, study rooms and a kitchenette on each floor.
• Laundry: A large common laundry room is located on the lower level. There is no charge for laundry.
• Extras: Opened in the fall of 2008, this Gold LEED-certified hall is an all-suite residence hall designed for upper-division students.
