Community Music Program

The Community Music Program offers private instruction with professional faculty, in voice and an array of instruments, for varying ages and skill ranges.

  • The recommended age for beginning private lessons is 8 years old.
  • Students enrolled in individual instruction must have their own instrument or have regular access to an instrument for practice.
  • Traditional acoustic piano is preferred for piano students at all levels.
  • Private lessons are taught in four terms: Fall (14 weeks) and Spring (14 weeks), January and Summer terms are at the instructor/student discretion.
  • All lessons are for a half hour unless otherwise specified by your instructor.
  • Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • We also offer group piano lessons for beginners aged 4-7. For more information, please visit our Musicianship for Children and Piano Academy page.

For interested students (or parents), please fill out an inquiry form below. Once received, we will connect you with a faculty instructor. New students can begin lessons at any point during the term.
