Elmhurst Consulting Solutions (ECS)

We Provide Small Business Consulting Services for Your Needs

Elmhurst Consulting Solutions (ECS) is designed to support local organizations by providing high-quality, affordable products and services.

Graduate students in Elmhurst University’s master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program work alongside experienced faculty/alumni to provide clients with the information and tools they need to be successful. At the same time, students gain the opportunity to apply their knowledge outside of the classroom.

The ECS consultants help organizations become more effective and efficient. This is accomplished by an initial needs assessment of current processes followed by a detailed analysis based on what the organization is hoping to accomplish. An array of services are provided (survey development, training programs, performance appraisal tools, etc.) to help organizations better fulfill their goals.
