Duplicate Diploma Request
A duplicate copy of your Elmhurst University diploma can be purchased for $50 using the form linked to on this page.
Due to our name change on July 1, 2020, we are only providing Elmhurst University diplomas and no longer issuing Elmhurst College diplomas.
Diplomas will be printed with the legal name we have on file. If you would like to request a legal name change, please do so before requesting a duplicate diploma by submitting the Chosen or Legal Name Change Form. A duplicate diploma will not be issued if there is a business hold on your account.
Duplicate diplomas are printed and sent through the USPS (they do not supply a tracking number). Elmhurst University does not issue digital copies of diplomas. You can instead obtain an electronic copy of your official transcript on our site.
