An official transcript is a certified statement of your complete academic record at the University, including coursework, grades and degrees earned.
There are several options for ordering your transcript. Choose the option that applies to your graduation year.
If you started attending Elmhurst in the fall of 1989 or later, you can place an order for your official transcript through National Student Clearinghouse using the first button below. (If you attended prior to that, or if you paid the $50 Lifetime Transcript Fee prior to November 2017, continue scrolling down the page.)
You will be given the option to pick up your transcript, have it delivered by mail or have it delivered by email as an eTranscript—a secure digitally signed PDF.

If you attended prior to Fall 1989, we are only able to mail out a paper copy. Please use the button below to make your pre-1989 transcript request.
Lifetime Transcript Fee Program
If you signed up for the $50 Lifetime Transcript Fee program prior to November 2017, fill out our form linked to below to order your transcript.
- Individual transcripts sent electronically (preferred method) cost $10.25 each; mailed transcripts cost $12 each.
- Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge.
- Processing time for all requests is two to three business days from the receipt of your request, plus delivery time.
- Processing time during peak periods may run longer.
If your transcript is not delivered due to our error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or for delays in delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or any other mail carrier.
