In a ranking by OnlineColleges.com of Illinois colleges and universities that offer online programs, Elmhurst College earned the No. 23 spot in a new analysis of the top online colleges statewide.

Out of 98 Illinois institutions included in the Top Online Colleges ranking, Elmhurst College got particularly high marks for its student graduation and retention rates, ranking in the top 15 statewide in those categories.

All schools were scored on a 10-point scale for 16 different criteria pertaining to distance education, affordability, flexibility and student success.
