Jaypass and Bluejay Bucks

Your Jaypass can be used many ways across campus.

You can it use it for:

  • Official Elmhurst University identification at the A.C. Buehler Library, Tyrrell Fitness Center, etc.
  • Dining plans
  • Bookstore purchases with available financial aid
  • One or more prepaid Bluejay Bucks accounts for food

Where Can I Get my Jaypass?

If you are a student or employee, you can pick up your Jaypass by visiting the Department of Public Safety any time of day or night. The department is located on the lower level of Lehmann Hall, with a physical entrance across from the Langhorst Field main entrance. Please bring a valid driver’s license, state ID, military ID or passport with you when you request your Jaypass.

How Can I Add Bluejay Bucks to my Jaypass?

Learn how to add funds to a Jaypass account below. Funds should be immediately available once you’ve completed the process.

Students

  1. Visit TouchNet to get started.
  2. Log in with your eNumber (e#######) and myElmhurst Portal password.
  3. Click Add Cash.
  4. Enter an email address, dollar amount and optional note.
  5. Select a balance to add funds to, if available.
  6. Enter the credit card information for billing purposes. Funds should be immediately available.

Parents and Family Members

  1. Visit TouchNet to get started.
  2. Log in using your student’s eNumber, but do not include the “e” (#######).
  3. Enter the first three characters of your student’s first name, an email address, dollar amount and an optional note.
  4. Select a balance to add funds to, if available.
  5. Enter the credit card information for billing purposes. Funds should be immediately available.

What if my Jaypass is Lost or Stolen?

If your Jaypass is lost or stolen, please contact the Department of Public Safety at publicsafety@elmhurst.edu or (630) 617-3000. The missing Jaypass will be deactivated, and balances for meal plans and Bluejay Bucks will be transferred to your new Jaypass.

You can obtain a replacement Jaypass for $20 at the Department of Public Safety.
