Campus Infrastructure

Elmhurst College has a responsibility to maintain and improve campus facilities and infrastructure to effectively support our academic and co-curricular programs, and to do so with a focus on sustainable best practices. This includes providing state-of-the-art tools and technologies that students and staff need to be successful in the classroom and competitive in the workplace.

  1. Create and execute a comprehensive facilities master plan that considers academic, recreational, residential and parking needs, and develop a prioritized list of items that includes both deferred maintenance and new projects.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan that will address the needs identified in the strategic plan and equip faculty, staff and students with the appropriate hardware, software and training to utilize this technology effectively.
