Ms. North is an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Behavior for the MCIS graduate program during the J-term session. She has been teaching in the graduate program since 2000. Ms. North brings more than 18 years of experience in the field of learning and development, with roles focusing on sales management and sales effectiveness.
Ms. North began her career in sales with Wallace Computer Services and then with Waste Management. Jennifer then transitioned into learning and development, working with Alaris Consulting as manager of the company’s Training and Development department and then with Waste Management as a manager within the Learning and Development organization.
She holds a bachelor of science degree in business management from Northern Illinois University with a focus in marketing; and an MBA and a master of science degree in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University. Ms. North is employed by Waste Management as the manager of sales training and development.
