Dr. Hulett joined Elmhurst in 2016. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas and her master’s at Research College of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Kansas with a focus on organizational leadership.
Dr. Hulett has a background in graduate education and online teaching in addition to extensive practice experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her current areas of interest are leadership and outcomes management.
Dr. Hulett is a certified Clinical Nurse Leader, Secretary of the Commission on Nurse Certification Board of Commissioners, Member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, completed the Dartmouth Institute for Clinical Microsystems at Dartmouth College, and is a Master Trainer for TeamSTEPPS.
