Performing spaces range from the elegant Hammerschmidt Chapel, where our large ensembles perform, to newly renovated Buik Recital Hall, where students present recitals and chamber music in an intimate setting.

Our practice facilities include piano and instrumental rooms as well as percussion and improvisation studios with recording equipment. And our MIDI lab offers hard-drive sequencing capabilities, giving students the opportunity to record, compose, and edit their music entirely on computer.

Our students gain professional studio experience, producing and marketing compact discs featuring their own works or that of outside groups who are attracted by our fine facilities.
