Bob Vevang is an adjunct faculty member of Elmhurst University within the School of Business, Director of the D.K. Hardin Center for Market Research, faculty advisor to the on-campus American Marketing Association club and is a mentor in the student mentoring program. In addition, Bob served on the content team to develop a marketing basic course taught in corporate settings for the past five years.

Prior to joining Elmhurst University, Bob founded Aqua Story Lab, a strategy/content/creative agency. He has worked within the Chicago multi-channel marketing community for 35+ years. As a client service lead, he has worked with B2C and B2B clients across many industries including Fintech, Banking, Pharma, Travel, Entertainment, Industrial Supply, Telecom, Logistics and CPG. His work today can be seen in Australia, Canada and Europe in addition to the United States. Bob started his career at long-time general advertising agency N.W. Ayer and moved on to work for some of the world’s largest marketing services companies, including Epsilon and Merkle. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and received the 2018 Susan Kryl Silver Marketer Award through the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing. His professional passions include delivering for clients, mentoring the next generation of marketers and launching new start-ups.
